Minimum System Requirements
HeartLab is designed to operate in modern web browsers across supported operating systems and devices.
Meeting the recommended minimum system requirements helps to ensure reliable operation and performance.
Supported Device Types
HeartLab presents one of two layouts, selected automatically from the size of the screen.

Tablets are treated as full-layout devices in both portrait and landscape orientation.
At small screen sizes such as those encountered on a mobile phone, certain advanced functionality may work differently or not be available. Functions including viewing studies, editing reports, and finalising reports are always available.

Processor
- Minimum 2.0 GHz dual-core processor or higher
Memory
- Minimum 4 GB RAM
Storage
- Minimum 20 GB available disk space
Screen Resolution
- Minimum supported resolution: 1024 × 768
Network
- Minimum 20 Mbps internet connection
Higher-performance hardware and faster internet connections may improve loading times and cine playback performance, particularly for large studies.
Mobile Phone Requirements

Network
- Minimum 10 Mbps internet connection
Performance over a cellular connection varies with signal strength and network congestion. A fast, stable Wi-Fi connection is recommended.

- Microsoft Edge 123 or later
- Apple Safari 26 or later
- Mozilla Firefox 152 or later
- Brave 123 or later
Mobile Phone
- Apple Safari 26 or later on iOS
- Google Chrome 123 or later on Android
On iOS, every browser uses Apple's WebKit engine regardless of its name. A browser installed from the App Store therefore behaves the same as Safari on the same version of iOS.
Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported.
Additional Notes
For optimal performance, use the latest available browser version whenever possible.
Browser extensions, security software, or restrictive network configurations may affect HeartLab performance or functionality.
Some advanced imaging features may perform better on systems with higher graphics capability and additional memory.
