HeartBox
This guide explains what a HeartBox is, how to set it up, and how to troubleshoot common connectivity issues.
Finding a live Ethernet port is often the most difficult part of setup. Before your HeartBox arrives, it is recommended to coordinate with your local IT team to ensure a live network port is available.
What is a HeartBox?

It is primarily used for imaging devices that cannot directly transfer DICOM studies using DICOM-TLS.

- Try another power outlet
- Try a different Ethernet cable
- Test the Ethernet connection using another known-good device
HeartLab limits file uploads to 1 GB. Files larger than this limit will not be uploaded by HeartBox.
If files do not appear in HeartLab:
- Confirm file sizes are below 1 GB
- Confirm network connectivity is active
- Contact HeartLab Support if issues persist
